About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Ranchos De Taos, NM, is dedicated to offering compassionate, free meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual group meals four times a day, creating a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritionally balanced meals together while receiving peer support. Our service not only fosters community but also ensures that individuals have access to the guidance of nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to becoming certified nutrition specialists. We encourage those in need of supportive meal practices to join us; once approved, you can participate in as many sessions as your schedule allows. While we provide essential meal support, we remind participants that this is not a crisis intervention service. For urgent support, please reach out to the appropriate crisis resources.
