At UNM Truman Health Services in Raton, NM, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and confidential health care tailored for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, as well as those living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our skilled team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists is committed to offering essential services, including transgender health and wellness, comprehensive HIV testing and prevention, and Hepatitis C testing and treatment. We understand that navigating health issues can be challenging, which is why we also provide supportive case management to assist clients in accessing health insurance and financial aid. Our rapid HIV testing is free and available on designated days, ensuring our community has convenient access to vital health service. While we currently have a waitlist for transgender health services, we are fully operational for all other offerings and strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone who seeks our care.
