Located in Rio Rancho, NM, Congregate and Homebound Meals offers essential meal services to seniors through local senior centers as well as home delivery for those assessed as eligible for homebound meals. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to nutritious meals, fostering health and well-being within our community. By providing both in-person dining options and convenient meal delivery, we strive to support seniors in experiencing dignity and care in their daily lives. Our program is dedicated to addressing the urgent food assistance needs of older adults, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve in Sandoval County.
