About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Rio Rancho, NM, offers compassionate, free, and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides a safe and supportive environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can come together to share nourishing moments guided by trained nutrition practitioners. We hold meal support sessions four times daily, featuring two lunch and two dinner options, allowing flexibility for each individual's schedule. Our goal is to empower participants on their journey to recovery by fostering community and understanding around nutrition. While we provide essential meal support, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service. For immediate support, please reach out to crisis services. Join us as we create a nurturing space for healing and connection.
