The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Roswell, NM, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home guidance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
