The Meal Support Program in Ruidoso Downs, NM, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Through our live, virtual drop-in group meals, we create a nurturing and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others on similar journeys. Offered four times daily, our meal support sessions are designed to fit into your schedule, allowing you to attend as many as you need. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that you receive knowledgeable guidance as you progress in your recovery.
