Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists is committed to offering a range of essential services, including testing, treatment, and primary care tailored to meet your needs. We specialize in transgender health and wellness, HIV testing and prevention, and Hepatitis C treatment. In addition to direct care, our case management services support you in navigating health insurance and financial assistance. While we currently have a waitlist for transgender health services, all other healthcare services are readily available to ensure you receive the support and care you deserve. Rapid HIV testing is offered for free at designated times throughout the week. Our goal is to empower every individual with the care they need in a safe and welcoming environment.
