The Meal Support Program in Ruidoso, NM, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a safe and welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, allowing participants to enjoy nutritious food while receiving essential support. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can choose what fits best into their schedules. Each meal session is led by nutrition practitioners training through the Clinician’s Incubator program as they work toward their CNS certification.
