About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Sandia Park, NM, offers a gentle and encouraging approach to eating disorder recovery by providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 in outpatient care. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a safe and nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious, guided meals alongside others who understand their journey. With sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can attend as often as they wish, fitting support into their schedules. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are committed to helping participants navigate their recovery with care and understanding. While we focus on meal support, we recognize the importance of comprehensive care; for those in crisis, we encourage connecting with immediate resources by texting HEALING to 741741 or calling emergency services.
