Located in Santa Fe, NM, our initiative focuses on individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, although we welcome participants at any stage of their survivorship journey. Our holistic approach includes nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and essential medical management guidance, ensuring that every participant receives the resources they need to thrive in their recovery.
