The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Santa Fe, NM, is dedicated to training and empowering the next generation of advocates for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic equity. Our immersive program provides Fellows with hands-on experiences in organic farming, offering a tuition-free model to ensure accessibility for all participants. Over six months at our Farm Campus, Fellows learn how to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative health education initiatives, maintain community gardens, and enhance food literacy in schools. Upon completing the Fellowship, participants embark on a Community Action Year where they collaborate with regional non-profits to drive real change in food access and sustainability.
