The Meal Support Program in Sunland Park, NM, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. With a warm and welcoming approach, our program offers four daily virtual drop-in group meals, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to engage in mindful eating alongside others who understand their journey. Each meal session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners who are advancing their expertise through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive informed and compassionate support.
