Our skilled team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists offers a comprehensive range of services, including transgender health and wellness, HIV testing and prevention, and Hepatitis C testing and treatment. We understand the importance of tailored support, which is why our program includes case management to assist participants with securing health insurance and accessing financial resources. We are also proud to offer free rapid HIV testing on select days, ensuring accessibility for everyone in our community. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender health services, all other services are readily available to help you on your path to wellness.
