The Meal Support Program in Truth Or Consequences, NM, is dedicated to providing free and accessible eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are in the outpatient stage of their recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual group meals, we create a nurturing environment where participants can gather to consume nutritious meals while receiving essential support. Our program offers meal support sessions four times a day, including two times for lunch and two for dinner, allowing individuals to attend as fits their schedules. All sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working toward their CNS certification.
