UNM Truman Health Services in Tucumcari, NM is dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential healthcare tailored specifically for transgender, gender non-conforming individuals, as well as those living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists is committed to offering a comprehensive array of services, including transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and HIV testing and prevention. Participants in our program receive the added benefit of case management to ensure they have the resources they need for effective treatment and support. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer free rapid HIV testing on designated days. For those requiring assistance with health insurance or financial support, our case managers are here to help. Although there is a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, all other services are currently available and focused on fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
