The Meal Support Program, located in Vado, NM, offers a compassionate and structured environment for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program provides free and accessible meal support sessions, running four times daily at designated lunch and dinner times. These live, facilitated, virtual group meals are designed to create a safe space where participants can enjoy nutrition with professional guidance. Led by nutrition practitioners training for their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification, our sessions allow individuals to attend as many times as needed to fit their schedules, ensuring they receive the proper support they require during this vital part of their recovery journey.
