Located in Veguita, NM, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, accessible meal assistance for individuals 16 and older who are navigating outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Through live, virtual group meals, we create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while fostering connection and encouragement. Our sessions, held four times daily, feature guidance from specially trained nutrition practitioners who are completing their CNS certification. Individuals can freely attend as many sessions as they like, making it easy to fit support into their recovery journey.
