Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists provide essential services, including transgender health and wellness, HIV testing and prevention, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, as well as comprehensive care and treatment for HIV. We understand the importance of tailored support, which is why our case management services are designed to assist in navigating health insurance and securing financial assistance. We accept Medicare and Medicaid and offer free rapid HIV testing at specific times throughout the week, ensuring accessible care for everyone. While there is a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, all other services are readily available, reflecting our commitment to the health and well-being of our community.
