MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Waterflow, NM, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight management.
