Our experienced team of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, offers a range of essential services such as transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and HIV testing and prevention. We prioritize your health and wellbeing, ensuring that each participant benefits from personalized case management to help navigate health insurance and financial assistance options. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and provide free rapid HIV testing during designated hours. Although there is currently a waitlist for our transgender health and wellness services, all other services are readily accessible.
