In Zuni, NM, Stand Beside Them is dedicated to supporting veterans through our comprehensive health and wellness coaching program. Our compassionate and solution-focused coaches are here to address both external challenges and internal struggles that veterans encounter, offering a nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. We provide individualized coaching on critical topics such as nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. Recognizing that access can be a barrier, our coaches are also available for remote sessions via Skype or telephone, ensuring that every veteran has the opportunity to achieve their wellness goals with understanding and support.
