This facility features 23 spacious, fully furnished studio apartments with modern amenities including key fob entry, kitchen appliances, and convenient laundry facilities on each floor. The location provides easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. The program takes an individualized approach to recovery, working with each resident to establish personal goals and treatment plans. Residents connect to comprehensive support services including outpatient treatment, mental health care, primary and specialty medical services, and various reintegration resources. Daily programming focuses on practical life skills education, budgeting assistance, vocational or educational development, case management, and relapse prevention planning—all designed to foster self-sufficiency and independence. Certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports and overseen by the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative and the New York State Homeless Housing Assistance Program, Garden Lofts serves adults 18 and older with substance abuse disorder diagnoses who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
