We proudly operate two community-based day habilitation programs that offer a rich variety of engaging activities focused on health, well-being, and social engagement, while integrating volunteer opportunities at local fire departments and animal shelters, as well as delivering Meals on Wheels. Additionally, our Medicaid Service Coordination assists over 80 men and women, ensuring they receive quality services tailored to their unique interests and needs. At the heart of our mission is a robust Self-Advocacy program, empowering individuals to voice their opinions and support one another in their journeys toward greater independence and dignity.
