Their comprehensive approach begins with an individualized evaluation to identify each client's strengths and support needs. Treatment at Wholeview integrates multiple evidence-based modalities including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, relapse prevention, and community reinforcement approach. The center also utilizes psychodynamic treatments such as mentalization-based therapy and supportive expressive therapy to address underlying causes of substance use.
