MOVE! Weight Management Program in Astoria, OR, wholeheartedly dedicates itself to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to personalized weight management options tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available for Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach. For those who require additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other options.
