Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is a dedicated program based in Astoria, Oregon, designed to support individuals over 60, those living with dementia, and, in some areas, those with disabilities. Our mission is to empower these individuals to maintain their independence and live safely at home through a range of essential services such as personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe in providing affordable access to care, structured on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule that adjusts based on your household income and medical expenses.
