Based in Astoria, OR, the Meal Support Program provides compassionate and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while connecting with supportive peers and trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily for both lunch and dinner, individuals can join as often as needed to fit their schedules. We focus on fostering a safe space for healing and growth, helping participants reclaim their relationship with food in a supportive community.
