Oregon Project Independence (OPI), located in Aumsville, OR, is a vital statewide initiative dedicated to supporting individuals over 60, those with dementia, and residents with disabilities in certain areas. Our mission is to empower these individuals to maintain their independence and safely remain at home. We offer a range of essential services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. Participants contribute to the cost of services based on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, which considers their household income and medical expenses. After requesting services, you will be contacted by a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging who will arrange a home visit. This personalized assessment ensures we understand your unique needs and can collaboratively create a care plan tailored to support your independence.
