About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Aurora, OR, is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for those aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. We offer free, accessible meal support sessions that are informed by the principles of recovery, providing virtual drop-in group meals four times a day. Each meal support session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, creating a safe and encouraging space for individuals to share meals while receiving the essential support they need. Once enrolled, participants can attend as many sessions as they wish, aligning their recovery journey with their personal schedule. While we prioritize a compassionate approach to meal support, please note that this program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis intervention. For immediate assistance, we encourage individuals to reach out for help through appropriate crisis services.
