Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is a compassionate program based in Bandon, OR, dedicated to supporting individuals over 60, those with dementia, and, in some areas, people living with disabilities. Our mission is to empower these individuals to maintain their independence and live safely in their homes. We offer a variety of essential services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. Our pricing operates on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, making it accessible based on your monthly household income and medical costs. Upon requesting our services, a trained Area Agency on Aging staff member will reach out to schedule a home visit to assess your needs and eligibility. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that aligns with your requirements, helping you achieve the independence you deserve.
