Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering residents of Beaverton, OR, who are over 60, have dementia, or, in select counties, live with disabilities, by providing essential support that allows them to maintain independence and safety in their own homes. Our comprehensive services include personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. With our Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, individuals contribute to the cost of services based on their income and medical expenses, making assistance accessible and affordable. Upon requesting services, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will conduct an in-home assessment to evaluate needs, ensuring that each participant receives the tailored care necessary to thrive at home. OPI is here to support and enhance the quality of life for our community members, guiding them toward the independence they deserve.
