About Oregon Project Independence (OPI)

Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Bend, OR, and throughout the state who are over 60, living with dementia, or facing certain disabilities, to live independently and safely in their homes. Our comprehensive services include personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all designed to enhance quality of life while respecting individual needs.
