Oregon WIC is dedicated to fostering healthy nutritional habits for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old in Brookings, OR. Our program offers comprehensive services including nutrition education, supplemental food assistance, and vital breastfeeding promotion and support, while also providing referrals for healthcare. In response to COVID-19, we have adapted our approach, ensuring the safety of our clients through remote appointments via phone, email, and video chat. We’re committed to inclusivity, having expanded eligibility to support those affected by the pandemic, and have made updates to our purchasing guidelines for WIC funds.
