About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Brookings, OR, provides compassionate and free meal support tailored for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition together. With meal support sessions held four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can seamlessly integrate these sessions into their schedules once approved. Each meal support session is conducted by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. While we strive to foster a nurturing atmosphere for those in recovery, it is important to note that our program is designed for non-urgent support; for crisis assistance, please reach out by texting HEALING to 741741 or directly contacting emergency services.
