The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Cave Junction, OR, dedicates itself to empowering individuals passionate about creating a fair and sustainable food system. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experiences, we foster the development of future leaders who advocate for social, environmental, and economic justice in food practices. Our program is designed to be accessible, as we do not charge tuition, allowing participants to immerse themselves in organic food system education. Fellows engage in diverse activities, including farming, implementing innovative health education, maintaining community gardens, and promoting food literacy in schools. Over six months, selected Fellows will live and learn at our farm campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they will collaborate with local non-profits to enhance food access and support community initiatives. The application process runs through March, with the fellowship experience taking place from May to October, creating a pathway for meaningful engagement and impactful change.
