At the Drop-In Resource Center in Central Point, OR, we offer vital assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, empowering them to regain their independence. Our welcoming space features a food pantry, providing emergency food boxes every two weeks to nourish our clients. We also distribute essential hygiene products and basic necessities such as blankets, tarps, tents, and seasonal supplies, ensuring our community has what they need to thrive. Jessica’s Closet offers clothing for children and youth up to age 24, allowing clients to choose up to 20 items every month. Our onsite laundry services, available by appointment, support personal hygiene, while daily snacks and heatable meals are accessible in our lobby. We provide three computers for clients to seek employment, access HUD resources, and print necessary documents. Additionally, our monthly harm reduction and life skills workshops offer practical skills to help individuals navigate life's challenges, all in a safe and supportive environment for connection and case management.
