Located in Central Point, OR, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals living with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance and specialized supplies. We provide access to vital products such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone affected by dysphagia receives the support and resources they need to maintain their health and quality of life.
