Located in Central Point, Oregon, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing critical food assistance and essential resources. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to specialized items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
