MOVE! Weight Management Program in Central Point, OR is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and guided to the appropriate supportive services that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management.
