MOVE! Weight Management Program in Clackamas, OR is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care in our VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and has access to a variety of tailored weight management resources. We offer a range of services, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! to provide in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in the MOVE! program.
