About Oregon Project Independence (OPI)

Oregon Project Independence (OPI) serves the Clackamas, OR community by empowering individuals aged 60 and older, those with dementia, and some people living with disabilities to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle in their own homes. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through a range of supportive services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, and access to assistive technology devices. Additionally, we offer adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all tailored to individual needs and offered on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on household income and medical costs. To initiate services, simply request an assessment, and one of our trained Area Agency on Aging staff members will contact you to discuss your needs and eligibility for OPI services, working together to create a personalized care plan that supports your independence.
