Located in Coos Bay, OR, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and adaptive resources. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the specialized nutrition they need, offering a range of services including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
