Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering seniors and individuals with disabilities in Coos Bay, OR, to maintain their independence and live safely at home. Serving those over 60 and individuals with dementia or other disabilities, our program offers a range of essential services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to receive the support they need, which is why we provide services on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on household income and medical expenses.
