Located in Coquille, OR, Stand Beside Them offers dedicated health and wellness coaching tailored specifically for veterans facing a variety of challenges. Our compassionate coaches utilize a solution-focused and nonjudgmental approach to address both external and internal issues, guiding clients towards positive change. We provide individual coaching sessions covering key topics such as nutrition and weight-loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work and family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual life. To ensure accessibility, we offer coaching via Skype or telephone for those who may face distance or transportation barriers.
