This free program, available in both English and Spanish, offers participants a range of resources, including six informative e-booklets tailored to address key topics in diabetes management, and a monthly e-newsletter filled with practical tips and community resources. Enrolees also gain access to exclusive local events and the opportunity to connect directly with ADA experts during our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A sessions, where they can ask pressing diabetes-related questions and learn about the vital connection between diabetes and heart health.
