We offer these services on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, ensuring affordability based on your household’s income and medical expenses. When you reach out for assistance, a compassionate staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will conduct an in-home assessment to understand your unique needs, helping to create a tailored care plan that fits within our program's framework.
