Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering seniors aged 60 and over, individuals living with dementia, and select participants with disabilities in Cornelius, OR, to maintain their independence and safety at home. Our mission is to provide essential services that promote a high quality of life, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe that everyone deserves access to care that meets their needs, which is why we offer a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on household income and medical expenses.
