Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to supporting individuals in Corvallis and throughout the state who are over 60, living with dementia, or experiencing disabilities, allowing them to maintain their independence and safely reside in their homes. Our program offers a comprehensive range of services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We strive to make our services accessible by using a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, ensuring that costs are based on your monthly household income after accounting for medical expenses. When you reach out for assistance, a trained Area Agency on Aging team member will connect with you to schedule an in-home assessment to better understand your needs and establish a personalized care plan.
