At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Dallas, OR, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems. Our fellowship equips passionate individuals with the knowledge and experience needed to advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. We provide a tuition-free, immersive six-month program that blends hands-on learning at our farm with a Community Action Year, where Fellows apply their training in collaboration with regional non-profit organizations. Throughout their journey, participants engage in diverse activities such as growing and distributing organic crops, teaching food and ecological literacy in schools, and supporting local farmers' markets. By fostering these vital connections and experiences, we strive to enhance access to healthy food in our communities and empower advocates to lead meaningful change.
