About Oregon Project Independence (OPI)
Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Dallas, OR, who are over 60, living with dementia, or dealing with disabilities in certain counties, enabling them to live safely and independently at home. Our mission is to provide essential services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe that everyone deserves access to care tailored to their unique circumstances, and we offer a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on monthly household income and medical expenses to ensure affordability. When you reach out for assistance, our trained staff from the Area Agency on Aging will conduct a home visit to assess your needs and help develop a personalized care plan.
